Ex boss forced us to work through the night into the next day regularly. My worst was 37 hours. Would call while sleeping and force us to come back into the office. Deprived of weekends. Forced to choose between 'work and family' when grandparents were ill. Removed lunch breaks, coffee breaks. Mocked the names and accents of non-caucasian workers. Criticised us on performance reviews for poor results.

Yip, it definitely is. I found out later that the same guy had been groping some of the other girls in the walk-in freezer. But his head was so far up the owners ass that nothing ever got done about it.
