I appreciate your comment - it’s really insightful. Honestly my mom and I have never been close, she has a bad temper and always stonewalls me so I’m always the one trying to mend things which is exhausting. If she had approached it in a different way instead of full on snapping at me and saying such harsh things, I would’ve shrugged and brushed it off. But I get what you’re saying, it definitely makes me reflect and think about how I could take better control of the situation in the future. Thanks for offering a different perspective.
