It’s been six weeks and you’re only just now considering calling the police?? Evidence will have been lost, and text messages are deleted, I’m sure. Even the cell phone companies won’t keep the data after 30 days, so search warrants might not do any good, at this point. I’m saying this because I’m sure the shooter sent texts and messages on various social media apps, which could be used at trial. Good luck.
