Do you use trackers to monitor the effectiveness of your meditations? I love to do it. My heart rate drops easily with 20 BPM and my breath rate often drops from 17 to 6 breaths per minute. My stress estimate is mostly flat when meditating.

The baby of a friend had a heart rate of 162 at the peak and it dropped to 108 in deep sleep. Could easily follow sleep cycles but insane to see how high heart rate and breath rate are for a baby. [OC]
