I wish it was beef but my LDL was 292 which is about 200 higher than it should be....so yeah. Here's my Turkey burger with pesto aioli and sundried tomatoes. Stuffed with provolone and topped with gouda.

This is the hottest blackberry sauce I've ever had that still tastes sweet like blackberries. So far we've tired it on wings and very oddly on chocolate ice cream and we were pleasantly surprised. I kind of want to try making a cocktail with it. Something with bourbon and mint maybe?

I made Mexican Street Corn Style Ramen. Did this idea come to us while high? Maybe.... but I'm quite satisfied with the result.

Are blackberry wings already a thing? If not, they are now. This has Carolina Reaper, scorpion and ghost pepper in it. It's the hottest sauce I make with sweet fruit. I don't have a super high tolerance for heat... so this one makes me burn... such a good burn.
