Thoughts on Naltrexone?

Just got prescribed Naltrexone 50mg once a day. Once shipped it should be here by Tuesday. Anyone tried and succeeded with it? Any bad side effects? I know everybosy reacts differently but I accepted I can't do this on my own. I'll try anything.
