2020 WRX Drivers seat has been creaking/cracking since I got it (24k miles)

Anyone know why my seat or seat rail is doing this? Car is at 42k miles and I noticed this bolt behind the cloth flap moves when it creaks… usually makes noise when getting in/out of seat or moving/coming to a stop. Dealership said if they replace the rail it would “just make the noise again) is it a bolt? The rail? One tech said it was loose/wobbly and another said it was fine… I know it’s a Subaru and it makes noises/squeaks but this gets on my nerves lol. Any input is appreciated thanks.
