Some advice to hit enemies with abilities

Hello, I am learning how to play zed but I miss almost all the Q’s if the enemy move a little bit specially the shadow Q ( for this reason is difficult to proc electrocute without use a AA). Another problem is the energy but is not a big deal. Some advice?
