Are my fans too loyal?

This is a bit of a strange question. I’m a small YouTuber, just hit 1k and got monetized a few days ago. I’ve got probably 30-40 big fans of my channel, and of those there are 10 who are just die-hard fans. This is great, but sometimes I wonder if they take it a bit too far?

Sometimes they will comment numerous times on a video to boost engagement, and have even made alt accounts in the past to help me get to 500 and 1000 subs.

I have no control over what they do, but could I still get punished for these “artificial” views, subs, and comments?
