Would really like to be able to play Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 again

Dont have a functional 360 for my disc copies of the games and sadly they were ported over to Xbox One rather than made backward compatible. Said have been long made unavailable for reasons that really will never make sense to me. As Activison has been completely aquired now by Microsoft, it'd be nice to be able to buy these games again.
