Should I buy this 2010 Audi A3

It has 136000 miles and they're asking $5000 for it. I really want something that has AWD since I live in the mountains. I would probably trade my 2009 Honda Civic towards it because every mechanic I've taken it to says the engine is gonna go out because of very significant blowby issues. Any input would really help
