Is something wrong with my vape?

There’s some discolouration happening (I believe it’s cause of the oxidization but pls correct me if I’m wrong) and there’s this little thing coming out of one of the filters(?) at the bottom?

I’m generally pretty unknowledgeable when it comes to vapes so idk if whatever’s going on is a problem or not?
