How To Let Guests Know About Seating Weight Limits??

I have quite a few friends and family members who are larger - not sure of exact weights but wouldn't be surprised if a few people were 500lbs or more. My venue confirmed that the chairs we're using hold 800lbs. I don't want anyone to be worried about breaking the chairs just by sitting in them normally but obviously talking to them about it is out of the question. I was thinking about putting an FAQ on our wedding website along the lines of "What is the seating situation like?" and having the answer be something like "The chairs are poly-vinyl with an 800lb weight limit." Does anyone have better ideas or better wording? I don't want offend anyone reading that either and I do know some of my friends are pretty sensitive about this. Help please!
