What i need to purchase to setup a wahoo kickr core?

I have a Ridley Fenix carbon -roadbike with Shimano 105 -parts. First question is can the wahoo harm my bikes carbon frame? Second question is what i need to buy to use the Kickr core? I know i need a cassette. Can it Be ultegra or some low-end shimano instead of 105 that My bike has? Does it need to Be 11-32T, If my bike currently has that. Do i need to buy tools to install the cassette? Are low end tools enough (vs park-tools)? Is it easy to install, If im not that good with bikes?
