Switched to T-Mobile

Main reason I switched was I was always getting SOS with my phone and customer service said it’s because the towers are congested near me?! I switched to T-Mobile and get full bars and not going into SOS mode also saving money on my phone bill now. T mobile is giving me an $800 prepaid card to pay off the rest of my phone at Verizon.
