Ordered Phone Dec 16th.....STILL don't have it.

I took advantage of the offer for a Pixel XL Pro on December 16th.....but STILL don't have it. And they have no idea why or when.

Has anyone else had this issue??

When I check the Verizon app it says:

Your order has been confirmed.
Your Pixel 9 Pro XL will be ready to ship soon.

Shipping Date (Even though it hasn't really shipped)

UPDATE (Monday 1-13-2025): I called in yesterday, after being in the chat for 30 minutes and getting nowhere, and got a gentleman who had the BEST fake American accent. He tried very hard and it was actually quite endearing. ANyway, he also tried very hard to get me what I needed/wanted. He confirmed that they had, in fact, taken my payment for tax, despite not sending out a phone. He said that the promo was for me, for a short time only, and was for loyalty because I'd been there over 20 years. It was all very strange. He went to his management and found out that had placed the order twice for some reason and then canceled both but they hadn't refunded that payment when they cancelled my order. He also found out that they would NOT be able to just refund it on my bill and would have to open "an investigation". Perfect! So, now I'm just waiting for that...he said it'd be done by Friday, or Monday at the latest. Interestingly enough, the last time I called about the same thing, the gal that I spoke with said they'd be calling me back, we figured out an acceptable time, and hung up........just for them to never call me at that time. So, something's rotten in Denmark.

tl;dr - Not sending me a phone; they had already canceled the order but didn't refund my tax payment.....and are doing "an investigation".
