Parents of toddlers who wake up at 5am

How are you keeping them occupied every dang morning until the world starts opening up at 9- 10am?!? My son is 3 and I am dead dog tired

Edit: I should mention he is getting up early because he needs to go pee and isn't independent in the bathroom yet
