None of my clothes fit me because of tirzepatide but I can’t buy new clothes because I stocked up on a shit ton of tirzepatide 🙃

None of my wardrobe fits me 🙃 my jeans are so loose, I almost accidentally flashed a lady at target the other day. I bought 2 pairs of jeans, a belt, and a couple of shirts but am I really just supposed to cycle different combinations of those every day? I need to buy a whole new wardrobe?? How are you all not bankrupt?
