A girl in my home room class is pregnant

She’s 17, we had been friends since we started high school 4 years ago, and we stopped being friends last year because of the drama she caused between us and everyone else. She still talks to me in home room and sits with us in class (she knows that me and another girl aren’t her friends anymore but she has balls ig, we don’t say anything about the drama to her face because we don’t want a repeat of last year).

Her and her bf have been doing the nasty, even been caught by my friends. I told her last year that she’ll get pregnant if she doesn’t use protection, and recently She told everyone that she was getting her stomach cut open to look at her uterus (a procedure that can’t be done) for a condition she got diagnosed with 2 years ago. She also told us that she’s nauseous, isn’t eating, is always tired, and has to pee a lot. She said she is getting an iud and has to take 2 weeks off, these are the requirements for a recovery process after getting an abortion

Edit: she made up lies to save her ahh back when she was causing drama, so she does have a history of lying
