do girls mind if their bf has rough hands?

im 16m and single, but when i start dating i just wanna know. i do weightlifting and boxing frequently so i have really calloused hands and rough knuckles and i just wanna know if it makes it a problem for when your holding hands or shit like that. and if they dont like it should i start doing some skincare routine for my hands?
