What to do if u have strict parents

Hi.. I have strict parents. My mom has an app on her phone where she can block apps/sites, only be on my phone for 2h. Bro I'm 14. I can only go to school and to the supermarket on my own. I have to study every day for about an hour. I feel like I'm 10yo. I found a old phone and got tt but my parents found out. Idk what else to do. Any advice
