Birthday celebrations

My partner is turning 30 in early march and I am needing some suggestions for locations where i can rent a space or hall to celebrate. Preferably in either the cbd or Parramatta for up to 50 people. Currnetly open to any pricing as long as their is a decent spread of food provided and isn't to fancy

This will also most likely be a suprise party and would prefer where we can have a private location if its within a restaurant
