Nivona 799 Clogged ?

Hey, we have a fairly new Nivona 799 machine, today when i turned it up while flushing the old water only few drips came out from the 2 holes where coffee extracts, so i tried to flush the system, told me to put up the tablet inside, nothing comes out, it thinks it need to fill system with water but the water comes out down the plate but not through the 2 nozzles for coffee and im stuck in this cleaning mode because it wont cancel or finish it. Please help
