Issues with Delonghi Rivelia

I had a Krups BTC machine that died after 8 years, so decided to splurge on a Delonghi Rivelia.

All was good at first but now 6 months later I feel it's falling apart... only half the water goes into the cup, the rest goes into the grounds tray meaning I have to empty this after each drink. Despite this, I still get water leaking onto the worktop. Finally, the coffee comes out barely warm.

I've not changed any settings recently so assuming something has failed. The live chat is useless and so I emailed a few days ago with no reply. Appreciate it has been christmas but still... very disappointed in a £700 machine that hasn't lasted 6 months and certainly makes me question any future purchases
