150 Days!
150 days! 5 whole months! It was only a hope and a wish back in September but here I am still! I am beyond grateful! Based on the decreased calorie consumption from alcohol, I should have lost 20 pounds by now…. But I’ve probably even gained some weight from the increased snacking :( I joined a gym today, putting some of that $$savings to work for me. Additionally, I’ve enrolled to teach a class that has a morning and an evening session once per week! Good changes! I don’t want that old way ever again. Thank you for each post, comment, horror story, and success story. You are my people and I treasure you.
