We tried some brisket nachos on our last trip back from Jamaica at an airport in Charlotte, NC. We loved them so much we decided (while stoned af) we were gonna recreate them. Here's the result. Details down below
This makes 2-3 servings
Layer as follows:
Fresh tortilla chips from La Fiesta 1/4 cup Tilamook cheddar 1/2 cup black beans 1/2 cup Roasted Corn 1/4 cup jalapeños (seeded and diced) 1/2 cup Queso (store bought or make your own) 1/2 lb brisket from Q's (mixed thoroughly with habanero bbq sauce) 1/4 cup tillamook cheddar Cook in air fryer for 5 minutes at 375⁰ Apply the following after cooking: Pico de gallo (home made or store bought) Drizzle with habanero barbecue sauce (you cam make your own by adding habanero to your favorite sauce or buy one) Drizzle Honey lime cream sauce (I used heavy cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, honey, and dried cilantro I thinned with water a little as needed) cilantro (for garnish)
