My Copycat Sweetwater Tavern Drunken Ribeye

My attempt at a copycat Sweetwater Tavern (Centerville, Virginia) Drunken Ribeye. A friend of a friend who worked in the kitchen there says the recipe was:

Pale Ale Ginger Beer Soy Sauce Garlic

Marinate for as long as possible. I did a 5 hour marinade in the fridge. Also I couldn't find a decent pale ale where I live so I substituted a Texas style Bock. Came out delicious!
