Instant crash loading into orison, game is legitimately unplayable

After loading into orison after uninstalling and reinstalling my game (this is probably my 20 something attempt to load in) I crash as soon as I hit the elevator button.

I've never had any issue like this with this game since I've been playing since 3.22, literally inaccessible.

To make matters worse, I just bought a guardian before loading in today and I can't even get far enough in to look at the damn thing let alone fly it. How does this happen? Is anybody else able to load in on orison? And yes I have tried different servers.
