After leaving Starbucks, where are you guys now? Ex-partners with kids

Just wondering, if I leave Starbucks where would I land? Didn’t have a college diploma. I have three young kids. I work 24 hours/week as a shift for 8 years. They’re providing us the medical benefits which is my contribution for our family.. I want to continue working, thinking for the future when the kids are older and all are in school (2/3 are now in school) I want to do something else! Partners with kids who left what are you doing now??
