Why was Siwet acting like he is everyone's father?

I ain't telling who is right or wrong in the show but how is anyone answerable to him? anyone be it Harsh, Addy or Aniket like doesn't matter if they were wrong in anything who is he to ask them questions?? HE SHOULD STOP ACTING LIKE HE IS SUPERIOR TO OTHERS !!
