TikTok Trend on the MRT: Funny or inconsiderate?

There's this trend going around on Tik Tok where the person being filmed shouts a list of reasons why they'll be a good boyfriend/girlfriend, in a public place.

I know teens wanna have fun, but talking loudly on purpose for a prolong period like this, isn't it inconsiderate? I wanna take the train in peace.

Is this considered a nuisance and what actions should be taken?
