Can anyone please help me get Myfitnesspal premium or macrofactor premium

I just need help step by step as I am struggling to get Macrifactor or Myfitnesspal premium on my iOS, I previously managed to do it, but for some reason it was only temporary and lasted for less than a month, and it required me to pay, so can anyone please help.
