Implantation bleeding or menstrual bleeding

I’m not sure if it’s implantation bleeding or my actual menstrual cycle. I had unprotected sex this past Thursday & took a plan B Friday morning. My period was supposed to come 6/12. Today It came and I have cramps currently and when I wiped it was blood. It’s only been 5 days, is it too fast to have implantation bleeding?
