I hope SecretLab employees or higher-ups see this.
I've been e-mailing with SecretLab with November 12th, 2024 and it's January 31st, 2025.
I've provided them screenshots and videos showcasing that my chairs are squeaking, and they were helpful INITIALLY to ship over some chair accessories probably worth < $20 to help me fix the squeaking (or at least minimize it).
Let's remember that my chairs are under warranty as well.
We're approaching 3 months and my package is still IN THE ABYSS.

I've requested that my case be escalated and my shipment be re-shipped. All customer service is telling me is that they cannot escalate my case and they cannot re-ship another set of accessories. I have an e-mail chain of 50 messages going back and forth trying to resolve this problem and yet, here we are.
I've spent literal thousands at SecretLab. I've purchased:
- 2x Magnus Pro XL with countless accessories and heavy duty monitor arms for ultrawides monitors
- 2x SecretLab chairs
I never complain online and leave nothing but 5-star reviews.
However, my experience on the Internet has finally been jaded enough where I have to leave the absolute worst review on all social media possible so SecretLab management can see this.
Thank you for making my day, SecretLab... Because of some ~$20 chair accessories that you were going to send out, you've lost a customer. Not to mention, any recommendations to my gamer and non-gamer friends.
P.S. I want to give a shoutout to all of the SecretLab members that I have emailed throughout these three months. Thank you for making my life a living hell.
