Best bar / party vibe for upcoming Halloween?

Hello all! I’m semi new to the rva nightlife and I’d love recommendations for any good bars / parties that I can attend in costume this upcoming Halloween!

And the dates, if possible! I know this year Halloween falls on a Thursday so idk if bars / events will be doing things on the previous weekend or not.
