When will the humiliation stop

I am a woman with very pronounced facial features, chin jaw cheekbones etc. I got called the crimson chin today. I got asked if I got plastic surgery as a kid. Why don’t they understand? Are they jealous or am I ugly? Questions I will never have answers to.
