Protobuf spoof does not fix the playback issue

I encountered the issue yesterday on my old Revanced installation. I tried to updated Revanced and install Revanced Extended with the protobuf spoof patch, but neither fixed the issue.

Playing on normal YT seems to work, for now. Is there something else I can try, or should I just wait for a patch?
