When is the 2S actually shipping?

I know the site says August 10th but I have not received any email confirmation that my order has shipped. I ordered the 16bit variant which, according to another post on here, was gonna be one of the first models to ship. There are no updates on social media from Retroid confirming that shipping has started. I tried asking through chat on the site and nobody responded. It's already been 4 days since the supposed shipping day and all I want is confirmation. Has anyone received an email or anything saying that their order is on its way? I'm not concerned about being scammed or anything I'm just eager and want the thing in my hands already lol.
