Recruiter asking me to drop other interviews if I am offered contract

So I am interviewing for a role and the recruiter is asking me if the company offer me the job, is that enough to withdraw from other places I am interviewing at.

A. None of their business B. Not until the contract has been signed by both parties

Sounds like a great deal for them but not for me. Maybe I'm overreacting or not understanding something?
