Expected Salary

Hi All

I've qualified from university with my QS degree 4 years ago, and have been working as the only QS in a smallish main contractor turning over 10-20m per year. We have a senior QS freelance who does 2 days a week but works on different projects to myself. I am responsible for meeting subcontractors to review works, agreeing costs, preparing and issuing contracts, managing variations and applications for payments to both the client and for subcontractors and managing the commercial reporting for each project (CVRs, PERs etc). I usually have 5-6 projects at any given time to manage. I also price tenders up to 3m-ish.

i'm currently on £32k and believe this is low considering my roles and responsibilities - despite only 4 years experience, would anyone be able to advise what they would expect to be paid at this level?
