Gone for a year after switching phones

Like the title says, i was gone for a year and lost access to my account so I couldn't log in on my new phone. Came on the app store and found out about Imperial Oath but it seems like it's just Promise of Lingyun with minor differences? Does anyone know what's really different? Is Promise of Lingyun abandoned now?
