How did i die? Seriously

My guy just started losing health out of nowhere until it reached zero in a minute or two and died, thats it. He was overtired but ina moment just turned from tired to queasy/hot and he wasnt sleepy anymore or anything, just losing hp until i died. HEART ATTACK!? Wtf?
