Did anyone take unisom for nausea? How often?

It has been a godsend for me. I just hit week 7 today and started taking unisom 2 days ago before bed. Completely hacked the morning sickness. I was absolutely miserable and it is a god send. I know I shouldn’t take it everyday so what was anyone’s else’s dose/schedule like? I just want to know how much is ok. My appt isn’t for 2 more weeks. This is all that has helped me.
