Buying advice on 2006 F250 6.0

164,000 miles, asking 10.5 firm. I’ve never heard great things about 6.0 powerstroke trucks. This one seems well kept. It’s four hours from where I am. Is there anything I can ask ahead of time to see if this is worth my time and gas?

What should I look engine wise if I do go look at the truck? Thank you for your time and expertise.
