Packs from 2019

Hi guys how and where do you buy booster packs and be somewhat sure that it’s legit. I’m not much of a collector (as you can tell) but I’d like to gift a bunch of booster packs from 2019 (I don’t really have any specific ones) and was wondering if anyone could help me:) Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED
