Any diy thing to get rid of wooly aphids?

I’ve heard spraying with a hose but our hose is frozen and it’s a pretty fragile plant. Got it at giant tiger and it was half dead so I’m not surprised it came with a pest. They aren’t moving so I assume they’re dead but not sure how to clean them off
