Swiss plant looking very strange

I've looked for pests on the plants and cannot see anything. I regularly check on my plants have not noticed this before, the plant has been thriving forever before this. I haven't seen something like this before, would love some advice, this one is one of the proudest plants I have :( I have recently repotted it though I feel like a little to long ago to show effects I water at lest once a week and gets dapples of direct sunlight It is also in a warm spot facing a north west window I'm in Australia so it is winter if that changes things.
