Sublocade(suboxone) is a life saver… is it just doctors pushing it or are there hidden downsides??

Suboxone pills (canada) i know america has strips which i assume are the same but the injection is the only thing that i know has worked personally for others; how about yall? did anyone have any negative experiences i wanna know since i only hear positives, makes it seem like a miracle the way doctors describe it. A few docs i talked to said no tapering on it and most patients are fine once u just stop sublocade ur last month and don’t take another injection again. The pill you taper off i know, so please if anyone at all knows any down sides please let me know🙏❤️
