Is anyone playing 3 atb in divisions

I just feel it’s impossible to play any formation besides 4222 at this point. Wing Formation doesn’t seem to work and 3 atb just means that you’ll have no defence whatsoever. Has anyone found success in divisions playing 3 atb?
