Is my advisor charging me a high fee?

I inherited an IRA from my mom who passed away. So I also inherited her financial advisor. He suggested to me to start a Roth IRA, I'm 32 and I also have a 401k through work. Of course I thought that sounded like a good idea and since my mom trusted him I thought I should trust him. I opened a voya Roth IRA with him as my advisor, and I've had the account for a little over a year now.

I just started investigating into personal finance because I want to make sure I'm being smart with my money, and now I'm thinking am I paying too high of fees? I opened all the statements from last year and the total fees added up to $94.92 for the year.

Am I better off to roll it over to Fidelity and invest in index funds on my own? Every article I read just repeats how high fees are detrimental to your returns in retirement. I'm trying to make appropriate changes now before I'm older.
